We answer your questions
Click "Be a Rival" in the navigation bar and complete the registration form. You'll need a valid email and a secure password. Once your email is verified, you can access all platform features.
Go to the "Services" tab, choose a category (Coaching, Entertainment, eChat), select the rival you're interested in, and pick a package. Payment is made with Tickets. Once confirmed, the rival will receive a notification and coordinate with you to get started.
Tickets are Rivalzz's internal currency. You can get them by topping up from your wallet (profile → Wallet → Top Up Tickets). They come in packages of different values. Tickets have no expiration date.
Click "Be a Rival" in the navigation bar. You can choose between Rival (for casual and semi-professional players) and Rival Pro (for high-level players with proven experience). Each category has its own evaluation process.
Yes. You can cancel within 30 minutes of purchase if the rival hasn't started the service yet. After that window, you'll need to contact support to evaluate the case. Refunds are processed in Tickets within 24 hours.
The floating chat (bubble icon in the bottom-right corner) lets you communicate directly with rivals you have active services or prior conversations with. The chat is private and visible only to participants.
Sign in and click your avatar (top-right corner). From the profile panel you can edit your name, avatar, and account settings. To change your password, go to Settings → Security → Change password.
