Terms of Service

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by Rivalzz (available at rival.zz), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies we may publish. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not use the platform.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of changes to these Terms implies your acceptance of those changes.

Rivalzz is a gaming services platform that connects players (users) with Rivals and Rivals Pro (service providers). Through rival.zz you can:

• Book coaching, entertainment, and gaming communication services.
• Participate in voice rooms and live streams through Arena Live.
• Connect with the gaming community through posts and interactions.
• Manage payments and transactions using Tickets, the platform's internal currency.

Rivalzz acts as an intermediary between users and service providers. We are not responsible for the final quality of the service rendered, although we maintain evaluation and dispute resolution systems.

To access most features you must create an account. By registering, you warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is not permitted under any circumstances.
• The information provided is truthful, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You will not create more than one account per person, unless expressly authorized by the platform.

Rivalzz reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious infractions.

The user agrees that all content published on the platform (including profiles, services, posts, and comments) must comply with the following standards:

• It must be truthful and non-misleading.
• It must not contain offensive, discriminatory, violent, or illegal material.
• It must not promote hatred, harassment, or activities harmful to others.
• It must not include spam or advertising not authorized by the platform.

In the case of Rivals, published services must additionally:

• Clearly and accurately describe what is being offered.
• State real prices, duration, and conditions of the service.
• Not promise impossible results or make misleading guarantees.

Rivals and Rivals Pro are verified users who offer services within the platform. By becoming a Rival you additionally agree to:

• Fulfill contracted services on time, in the agreed manner, and at the agreed quality level.
• Maintain professional and respectful conduct at all times.
• Never request payments outside the platform under any circumstances.
• Acknowledge that Rivalzz may retain a commission for each completed transaction.

Repeated failure to fulfill services by a Rival is subject to the following progressive sanctions system:

Tickets are Rivalzz's virtual currency. They have no equivalent in real currency once purchased and are not transferable to third parties.

• Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable in cash.
• Tickets used for services may be refunded as Tickets to the user's balance in cases of proven Rival non-fulfillment.
• Unused Tickets have no expiration date.
• Rivalzz reserves the right to modify package prices and availability with 15 days' prior notice.

For payment-related disputes, the user must report the issue within 72 hours of the transaction via legal@rival.zz.

By using Rivalzz you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users for any reason.
• Publishing illegal, pornographic, violent, or hate-inciting content.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to breach platform security or access other users' accounts.
• Deceiving other users about your identity, skills, or services.
• Conducting transactions outside the platform to evade commissions.
• Making inappropriate or sexual advances without the express consent of the other party.
• Impersonating another user, Rival, or member of the Rivalzz team.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban, depending on the severity of the case.

The user assumes full responsibility for:

• The accuracy of the information provided at registration and during use of the platform.
• The interactions maintained with other users, Rivals, and platform staff.
• The purchases and services contracted through the platform, including the correct use of Tickets.

The user also expressly agrees to:

• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Not attempt to breach, hack, or compromise the security of the system.
• Not impersonate third parties in any context within the platform.

The protection of minors is an absolute priority for Rivalzz. The platform strictly and irrevocably prohibits:

• Any content involving the exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors.
• Inappropriate conduct, harassment, or sexual communication directed at minors.
• Soliciting, sharing, or receiving personal information from persons under 18 years of age.

Users confirm at registration that they are 18 years of age or older. If a user is found to be a minor, their account will be immediately deleted.

All content on Rivalzz — including logos, design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of Rivalzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By publishing content on the platform (text, images, gameplay clips, etc.), the user declares that:

• They are the owner of the published content, or
• They have the express authorization of the rights holder for its use.

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Uploading copyright-protected content without the corresponding permission.
• Using images, videos, music, or text from third parties without authorization.
• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of Rivalzz content without prior written authorization.

Users may share external links (social networks, profiles, channels, etc.) within the platform, provided those links meet the following conditions:

• They must not direct to malicious, fraudulent, or phishing sites.
• They must not link to illegal, pornographic, hate-based, or Terms-violating content.
• They must not be used as a mechanism to scam or deceive other users.
• They must not promote competing services or platforms for the purpose of diverting traffic.

The platform reserves the right to remove any link it deems inappropriate without prior notice.

Rivalzz acts exclusively as a technology intermediary between users and service providers (Rivals). Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee the quality, fulfillment, or results of the services offered by Rivals.
• Agreements between users and Rivals are the responsibility of both parties.
• We assume no liability for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by external factors or force majeure.

The platform reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
• Remove or modify content published on the platform.
• Update, expand, or restrict available features.
• Modify these Terms of Service as set forth in Article 14.

Rivalzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in that policy.

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• We may share data with essential service providers (payment processors, servers) under confidentiality agreements.
• You have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time.

Rivalzz may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• We will update the "Last updated" date visible in the header of this document.
• We will notify registered users by email at least 15 days in advance for significant changes.
• We will publish a visible notice on the platform during the transition period.

If you do not agree with the new terms, you have the right to close your account before the date the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
